Our basement is small and tricky and needed many creative workarounds. From our interactions with our project manager Ken and his crew to the final basement outcome, we had an outstanding customer experience and are thrilled with the appearance and functionality of our new space!

When these folks say "once a customer, always a customer" meaning they will follow up with anything you need, really no matter how small, they mean it! I have experienced this personally as they have made every effort to keep connected with me long after our job was technically "finished."

Having workmen in your house is inherently disruptive. And yet we kind of missed Chuck and Ron after the project completed. That is a testament to the pleasant nature of their presence.

They did a great job of keeping us informed on the state of the project, and upcoming milestones. They were always happy to answer our questions, and were very pleasant.

They were very pro-active on identifying problems, and correcting them.

Ruth and I are thrilled to be living in our new dressing rooms. They are functionally and aesthetically everything we wanted.

The whole staff Amee, Bill, Ron were great at what they did.

We were very impressed with Steve Stuart. Steve really listened to our needs and desires and designed a remodel plan that was exactly what we wanted! He was also great at emailing and communicating with us in a timely fashion with any changes or questions we had.Our lead carpenter, Aaron Clymer was outstanding. The quality of his work was fantastic, the daily clean up was amazing, and he was very helpful in helping me to "see" the vision of our plans and bringing them to be realized. We felt very confident in his abilities and very comfortable having him in our home.

Overall, Blackdog made this job pretty easy. We would hire them again, no problem, and we've already recommended them to a few folks. We can't say enough good things about Ron. In addition to doing extremely high quality work and paying attention to detail, he always promptly communicated all the details we needed, and he was always, always pleasant. We'd adopt him if we could. He consistently went well above and beyond the call of duty. He let our 4 year old son "help" him at times, he'd bring in the morning paper, he'd occasionally buy donuts for our son when he got his coffee, and he even went out and bought some window AC units when our central AC was being worked on and the summer heat arrived. It's people like Ron who, by working on your home with the same care and attention to detail as if it were his own, sets Blackdog apart from the rest.

We were fortunate to have Raul as our carpenter. In all respects he was exceptional. His workmanship, attention to detail, the many adjustments he had to make & his overall work ethic manifested throughout this project. Your company is truly benefiting from having Raul as an employee.
