Home Office and Family Room Installation!
Challenge
This young couple in Portsmouth called TBF to finish an L shaped basement which they wanted to turn into a home office and family room. Adding a bathroom for the office is also something they want that would enhance the space even more. Storage within the home was also running out, which is one of the most common reasons homeowners turn to TBF for their basement needs.
Solution
These homeowners were very educated in the TBF process and products, so they were quick to move on this job, and knew exactly what they wanted ahead of time, which was easier for the designers as well as helpful for making the entire remodeling process quicker. Using our TBF vinyl wall system, a white linen drop ceiling, and light pecan Elite plank flooring, the new space was finished off beautifully, and provided extra storage space which opened up the rest of the home. An egress window was also put in to add natural light to the mix. So was a SaniDry XP, to make sure the area stays clean and dry. Doing their homework before meeting with our designers really paid off in the end!
