Challenge
The homeowner in this case had an unfinished basement that they wanted to turn into a clean finished space in which their family could gather and hang out. They also wanted a separate space for their son so he could work out and lift weights. With a big growing family, space became tight, and the homeowner wanted to maximize their home’s potential.
Solution
TBF took all the homeowners requests in hand and created a very warm, inviting, and well lit basement, complete with separate spaces for relaxing as well as working out. Complete with new painted paneling, Pecan Elite flooring, and a new linen ceiling, their space was transformed from an unfinished, barely usable space to one of the nicest rooms in the house. Now their growing family has more room to spread out and unwind, and their son can work out and lift in his own personal space.
