A Square Space in Greenland

Challenge
A couple in Greenland, New Hampshire, are turning their double-door walkout garage into a finished basement. They were very decisive and had already looked into our literature when we met initially. Although the basement was in fairly good shape, there was a sheet-rocked wall that would need to be removed.
Solution
We began this project by creating a lower stairwell around the existing spiral staircase. We then removed the sheetrock and replaced it and the perimeter with our paintable wall system. We also moved an outlet on the wall that was previously sheetrock. Finally, we added our ThermalDry carpeted flooring.
