A Rockin' Gym in Rockport, MA
Challenge
Two homeowners in Rockport, Massachusetts, are looking to finish their basement. They are both very interested in nutrition and are personal trainers. They have wanted a home gym to use for their clients for a long time, and now they are finally getting it done. One roadblock in having this done has been their dog, who has a lot of anxiety and needs to be at daycare or in another room when anybody new is in the house. For that reason, they need us to call each morning before anybody arrives at the house.
Solution
Solution: We began this project by adding two lally columns, one of which replaced an existing column and the other new. Their flooring had already been installed, so we put a plastic protector over the top and sprayed the ceiling and beams black. After this was finished, they were able to move in their training equipment and can now use the space in a professional setting.
