Awesome Basement Entertainment Area!
Challenge
This 780 sq. foot basement is going to be awesome, and it was all made possible when the homeowners reached out to TBF to kick off the remodel. Their last house had water damage, and they wanted to make sure they didn’t run into the same problem here, especially considering what would be down there. This basement was going to include a sauna, pool table, home gym, home bar, and a TV area! So long story short, water getting in would be very very costly to the homeowners. Natural light was also a concern. So with all these features, the interior space had to look great.
Solution
The homeowners were very happy with TBF’s job in their basement - it was the perfect space for the ultimate entertainment area with room and atmosphere for everything! An addition we recommended that we went through with was the addition of a transom window, to let in a bunch of natural light to help illuminate the space and cut down on electric costs. This would be key, because TBF also installed a 220v outlet strong enough to charge an electric vehicle in their garage. This is definitely one of the more ambitious basement spaces we have done, and were happy to make such an amazing home space possible!
