Creating a Dry and Safe Family Space
Challenge
We were happy to complete this simple job for some great homeowners in Beverly, MA. Their overall goal for this project was to make their basement space more liveable for family to spend time in. They wanted to finish off the space with new flooring, a sump pump to make sure water doesn’t get in, and new walls around the stairs especially to make it more safe. With family visiting often, extra space was always on the homeowners minds, and instead of an expensive addition they decided to go to TBF for a new basement.
Solution
We were able to check all of the clients boxes easily and created a beautiful and dry space for the whole family to enjoy. Now that it is finished, visiting family have more room to stretch their legs and stay the night, and the homeowners can have more privacy and independence. With the added storage opportunities, this new basement makes the rest of the house seem a little less cluttered. With our TBF wall panels and Espresso Elite plank flooring, this is now a great space for the whole family!
