Flooding Problem Solved + New Floors!
Challenge
These homeowners from Derry, NH lived in an old, outdated apartment with a basement that flooded sometimes, and smelled damp constantly. To solve this problem they enlisted the help of TBF to find a solution. They also had a bathroom with a ruined floor, which needed to be replaced. As a whole, both spaces had to be remodeled and finished to bring the apartment into the 21st century.
Solution
The first thing TBF did was the demolition since all the walls had to be replaced. The demo was also done in the bathroom, though just for the floor. In the case of the water getting in, TBF installed an ejector pump to ensure that the problem would never return and the damp smell went away. To finish the space nicely for the homeowners, TBF used their paintable wall panels and stylish Elite plank flooring for the new floors. Now, these homeowners can finally enjoy using their basement space, with much-improved air quality. Not to mention their bathroom is good and finished for the first time since they moved in!
