Creating More Useable Space for Remote Work and School!
Challenge
This homeowner in Newburyport wished to more effectively utilize his home square footage, to better adapt to the Covid-19 era. The wishlist for this new basement included a new home office, as well as a newly finished area to do laundry. The previous basement was little more than a utility space, and wasn’t really adding anything of value to the home. But that all changed when this homeowner called TBF.
Solution
TBF was able to accomplish all that the homeowner wanted in their basement and more. A fantastic home office space was finished, and now they can work from home very comfortably, and importantly, safely and with peace of mind. Adjacent to the office is a brand new laundry space, which helps to make it less of a chore because of the much nicer setting. The materials used to finish this space include our practical Everlast paintable wall system, topped off by a nice linen drop ceiling and sharp Dark Walnut Elite plank flooring.
