Installing Great Home Office and Solving Humidity Problem!
Challenge
This homeowner wanted to transition from working at the office to working from home, just like so many others during the pandemic. They were trying to be especially careful due to a 2 year-old sonthey had who had some health concerns. They wanted a home office installed that would let them complete all their work in comfort and style. They also wanted to use the remaining space to create room for their family to relax and enjoy their new basement. For the basement as a whole, the previous space was very humid, and there were concerns with moisture getting in.
Solution
A very frequent request we at TBF get is installing a home office in a newly finished basement. That being said, we have loads of practice, and this job being the new normal means that we are very efficient and comfortable accomplishing this for our clients. We were able to install a great space for the homeowner to do everything they need to do for work and more, all from the comfort of their home. In Addition, we created a nice family room for the rest of the family to relax and enjoy the new space while work can still be done in peace. For the space, paintable walls and Elite plank flooring were used to finish off the design of the space, and a SaniDry XP system was installed to control the humidity. This made for some very happy customers!
