Finished Basements are great for musicians!
My husband plays guitar. Practice makes perfect. And while I love that he plays guitar, I start to lose it after the 10th rendition of “Wildflowers.”
If you’ve got kids who play an instrument… you’ve probably got it much worse. If you’ve got a family member in a band… well… I recommend finishing your basement.
A finished basement will allow your little drummer boy to barumpabumbum to his heart’s content, while you retain your sanity. You can even dedicate a whole space to music, in your finished basement, by creating a little recording studio with acoustic paneling (HELLO SOUND BLOCKING BLISS)!
