An Office in Wilmington
Challenge
A couple lives in a beautiful home in Wilmington, Massachusetts. When we first met the couple, they had a partially finished basement that they were looking to expand into the rest of the unfinished section. This would increase their usable space by nearly six hundred feet. They would like to make the new space warm, dry, and comfortable.
Solution
We spoke with the family, and after a meeting discussing their needs, they began their project to transform the unfinished basement into an office. We used our EverLast wall system around the space, added new doors, and installed linen ceiling tiles. We also installed electrical baseboard heat and recessed LED lighting throughout. For flooring, we installed ThermalDry Elite plank with carpeting on the stairs.
