Spectacular New Home Office and Gym!
Challenge
Like many of our clients at TBF, this couple wanted to get more out of their existing space, which until now wasn’t being used very much at all. Their plans for the new space included a new home office, as well as a space they could designate as a home gym. In addition to those two new rooms, they also had a few problems that needed tackling. Things like their electrical panel, server rack, and water heater were to be covered up with louvered doors for access. We also noticed that their PVC trap was leaking sewer gasses into their basement, so we offered to fix that at no charge.
Solution
TBF was able to turn this old musty basement into a well-finished and accessible part of their home. Before, all they could really do was use it as storage. Now they can get work done from the comfort of their home, and get a full workout, anytime they want to. The materials we used to finish this space include a linen drop ceiling, vinyl wall panels, and some nice Dark Walnut Elite plank flooring. Safe to say these homeowners just got a massive improvement in their quality of home life!
