A Basement is the Perfect Space for Incoming Kids!
Challenge
This basement was in a 40-year-old home that had been completely remodeled, save the basement itself. The homeowner wanted to take advantage of a newly finished space under their feet. With a 6-month-old daughter and possibly more kids coming in the future, adding a kid's play space would be a huge plus. They also wanted to add an additional bathroom and TV area so everybody else could enjoy the new space as well.
Solution
TBF was able to provide a clean and dry space that brought the basement up to speed with the rest of the house. Their 6-year-old daughter now has a fantastic new area to play, and maybe share with her future siblings. The adults can watch tv while watching over their daughter and have easy bathroom access for everyone. Finished off with a clean-looking linen drop ceiling, paintable wall panels, and a 6-panel door, their basement is now the perfect area of the house for their playing with their daughter!
