Challenge
The homeowner of this Seabrook home wanted to finally finish their basement so it could be used to work out, watch tv with their grandkids, and to add storage space. They also wanted to mitigate the chance of flooding, and have had dampness and moisture problems in the past. All in all, they wanted a dry clean space that could entertain their grandkids and keep them in shape.
Solution
TBF was able to remodel this damp and unused space into a nicely finished basement capable of entertaining the whole family, providing a great workout experience, and helping to remove clutter and junk from the rest of the house. The homeowner can now comfortably host the rest of their extended family with no worries about fitting everybody, and can stay fit without even leaving the house. Furnished with new vinyl walls, linen ceiling, and stylish Pecan floor planks, the new basement not only looks great, but also keep any and all moisture out entirely.
